Getting started
To get started follow these steps:
- Create a TanyaCS account by signing up on the Sign-up page
- Once you have an account, log in to the TanyaCS account dashboard
- In the account dashboard, you should create a team by clicking on the "Create a Team" button
- After creating a brand new team you will redirected to onboarding page
- On the onboarding page, you will be guided through the process of setting up your TanyaCS page. This includes:
- Subscribe Computing Power
- Create a Page
- After completing the onboarding process, you will have a fully functional TanyaCS page. But wait, you need to give your AI page details and knowledge about your business. This is done by:
- Adding your business information
- Configuring the page AI's instruction, knowledge base, behavior and response style
- Providing support content such as your business products, services, and links to relevant resources like social media, and more.
- You can edit and customize your page at any time
- Once your page is set up, you can start interacting with your customers through the AI-powered support system
- You can monitor and manage customer interactions through the TanyaCS dashboard, where you can view messages, analytics, and more
