Page Editor
Learn how to use the page editor to create and manage your pages
On the Page Editor page, you will find a user-friendly interface that allows you to:
- Create a new page
- Add or extend your page expiration date
- Edit the page information
- Update the AI customer service instructions / system prompt and knowledge base
- Update the page configuration like settings up the page access to internal team only, update initial message and content, or manage products and links associated with the page
Creating a New Page
- From your Team Dashboard, click on the Add Page button
- Fill in the required information to create a new page:
- Display Name: The name of your page, it will be displayed to your customers on your AI customer service page
- URL: The URL of your page, it will be used to access your AI customer service page (e.g.,
https://tanyacs.com/{business_name}
)
- Click the Update Page button to create your new page
- It will shows a "Activate Subscription" dialog
- Make sure you have subscribed to the Computing Power and has enough CP to activate your page, if you are not, please buy Computing Power first
- Fill in how many months you want to activate your page, the minimum is 1 month
- Click the Activate button to activate your page
- After you click the Activate button, it will check is the page URL is available, if it is available it will create your page, if not it will show an error message and you need to change the URL
- After the page is created, it will be refreshed and you can fully manage your page
Managing an Existing Page
- From your Team Dashboard, choose the page you want to manage
- Click on the Action button
- You will be redirected to the Page Editor where you can manage your page
- In the Page Editor, you have several sections to manage your page:
- Page Information: Update page details, extend subscriptions, or delete pages
- Prompt Area: Update system prompts and knowledge base with text or files
- Configuration: Set page configurations such as URL protection for internal teams and initial messages and initial contents, or manage products and links associated with the page
Page Information
- Make sure you are in the Page Editor
- Make sure the "Information" tab is selected
- You can update the following information:
- Subscription: You can click the "Extend Subscription" button, fill in how many months you want to activate the page, the minimum is 1 month, and click the "Extend" button to extend your page subscription
- Page Logo: You can upload a logo for your page, by clicking the image icon, and select an image file from your computer, this will be displayed on your AI customer service page. To delete the logo, click the "Clear" button next to the logo, this will remove the logo from your page
- Display Name: The name of your page, it will be displayed to your customers on your AI customer service page
- URL: The URL of your page, it will be used to access your AI customer service page (e.g.,
https://tanyacs.com/{business_name}
) - Update Page button: Click this button to update your page information
- You can also delete your page by clicking the "Delete Page" button on the Danger Zone section, this will delete your page and all its data, make sure you want to delete your page before clicking this button
Prompt Area
- Make sure you are in the Page Editor
- Make sure the "Prompt Area" tab is selected
- You can update the following information:
- System Prompt: This is the AI customer service instructions or SOP, you can fill in the new system prompt and click the "Update" button
- Knowledge Base - Text: You can update your page knowledge base by fill in knowledge base with text, this will be used by the AI to answer your customers' questions, you can fill in the knowledge base and click the "Update Knowledge" button
- Knowledge Base - Files: You can update your page knowledge base by using PDF files, this will be used by the AI to answer your customers' questions, you can upload the knowledge base with PDF files and click the "Update Knowledge" button
- Delete Knowledge Base: You can delete your page knowledge base text by just remove all text inside the text area, and you can delete your page knowledge base files by clicking the "Trash" icon button, this will remove selected knowledge base file from your page
Configuration
- Make sure you are in the Page Editor
- Make sure the "Configuration" tab is selected
- You can update the following information:
- Protect URL: This is a checkbox to protect your page URL to only accessible by your internal team, if you check this box, only your team members can access your page, if you uncheck this box, your page will be publicly accessible
- Initial Message: You can update your AI customer service initial message. This is the initial message that will be sent to your customers when they first interact with your AI customer service page
- Initial Content: You can update your AI customer service initial content. This is the initial content that will be displayed on your AI customer service page
- Update Page button: Click this button to update your page configuration
- You can also manage your products and links associated with your page:
- Manage Products: You can add, edit, and delete products associated with your page
- Manage Links: You can add, edit, and delete links associated with your page
