Learn how to manage your products
On the Products page, you can manage the products associated with your pages. This includes adding new products, editing existing ones, and deleting products that are no longer needed. Products are essential for your AI customer service page, as they help provide context and information to your customers.
Your customers can view these products when they interact with your AI customer service page, allowing them to make informed decisions and via chat Catalog on top right of the chat page.
Viewing Products
- When you navigate to the Products page, you will see a list of all products associated with your pages
- Each product will display its title, price, and links
Filtering Products
- You can filter products by page to see only the products associated with a specific page
- Click the dropdown menu under the "Add Product" button and select the page to filter products by that page
Adding a New Product
- You can just click the "Add Product" button to create a new product and it will redirect you to the product editor page
Editing a Product
- For best practices, please filter products by page before you edit a product
- You can choose product and click "Action" to view more details or edit it
- Filtering products by page will help TanyaCS system to feed your AI customer service page's Knowledge Base more effectively when you update content
Manage Products for Multiple Pages
- If you have multiple pages, you can assign the same product to them, which is useful when the product is shared across pages
- To manage products, you should filter products by page first
- After the products is filtered by a page, then click "Manage" button
- The products will be displayed in a list format, selected products on the page will be checked
- You can check or uncheck the products to manage which products are associated with the page
- After you have checked or unchecked the products, click the "Save" button to save your changes, or "Cancel" to discard your changes
Re-order Products
- As we mentioned above, Products are displayed in your AI customer service page Catalog
- To sort products, you should filter products by page first
- After the products is filtered by a page, click the "Re-order" button
- The products will be displayed in a list format, you can drag and drop the products to re-order them
- To drag and drop a product, click and hold the drag icon on the very right of the product item (on small screen you need to scroll items to the right to see the drag icon)
- After you have re-ordered the products, click the "Save" button to save your changes, or "Cancel" to discard your changes
