Payment
Learn how to subscribe to TanyaCS and manage your team plan
On the Payment page, you can view your payment transaction history.
Entrypoint
When you are in the Team Dashboard homepage, click on the Payment page in the left sidebar. If you are in mobile view, click on the top hamburger button to show menu items and click on Payment
Proceed Payment
- Make sure you are in the Payment page
- Choose the billing interval you want to subscribe to, either Monthly or Yearly, or you can choose Top up to just top up your computing power balance
- Then choose the plan you want to subscribe to, either Starter, Pro, or Enterprise
- Click on the Proceed Payment button
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete your payment
- After you complete your payment, you will be redirected back to the Team Dashboard and your payment transaction will be recorded in the Payment Tx page
Manage Billing
- Make sure you are in the Payment page
- On the very bottom of the page, you will see the Manage your Billing Details section
- Click on the View Billing Portal button
- If available, you will be redirected to the billing portal where you can manage your billing details, such as updating your payment method, viewing your billing history, and managing your subscription, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription
- If the billing portal is not available, you will see a message indicating that the billing portal is not available and you can contact support for assistance
