Messages
Learn how to view and utilize messages that are sent to your AI customer service pages
On the Messages page, you can view and utilize messages that are sent to your AI customer service pages. This includes viewing messages, filtering them by page. Messages are essential for your AI customer service page, as they help provide context and information to your customers.
Entrypoint
When you are in the Team Dashboard homepage, click on the Messages page in the left sidebar. If you are in mobile view, click on the top hamburger button to show menu items and click on Messages
Viewing Messages
- When you navigate to the Messages page, you will see a list of sessions that have been sent to your AI customer service pages
- Each session will display its session id as title, last message, and the date time of the last message
- You can click on the session to view the details of the session, including all messages in the session
Filtering Messages
- You can filter messages by page to see only the messages associated with a specific page
- Click the dropdown menu above the session list and select the page to filter messages by that page
How you can utilize messages?
- You can utilize messages to understand how your customers interact with your AI customer service pages
- You can use the messages to improve your AI customer service pages by analyzing the messages and identifying areas for improvement
- You can also use the messages to train your AI customer service pages by providing additional context and information to your AI model
- Example: If you see the AI customer service page is not able to answer a specific question, you can add that question and answer to your AI model's knowledge base to improve its performance in the future
